This agreement comes into effect when the user completes the registration process, ticks "Agree", or starts using the Company‘s membership services. The user‘s act of registering or using the services shall be deemed full acceptance of all terms hereof.
The Company has the right to revise the agreement terms through the official website, APP, or system alerts. Seven (7) days after the revised content is published, continued use of membership services by the user shall be deemed acceptance of the changes. If the user does not accept the changes, they may terminate the services immediately.
Users must properly safeguard their account and password, and shall not lend, transfer, or disclose them. Losses arising from account security issues shall be borne by the user.
The Company has the right to freeze or cancel the account without liability in the following circumstances:
1. Repeatedly sending prohibited items or providing false information;
2. Willfully failing to pay service charges for over 30 days;
3. Other acts violating this agreement or laws and regulations.
Members must comply with the Company‘s management regulations on prohibited items. The specific scope of prohibited items is detailed in the EFSPOST Ping An Shipping Service Agreement. If prohibited items are sent, the Company has the right to refuse acceptance, terminate services, and pursue legal action.
The Company collects user information (such as name, address, and contact details) only to the extent necessary for providing membership services, used for order processing and logistics tracking.
The Company undertakes not to disclose user information to third parties, except as required by law or with the user‘s consent. Users have the right to query, modify, and delete personal information through the official page instructions.
The Company may unilaterally terminate membership services in the following circumstances:
1. The user sends prohibited items or misreports goods information;
2. Willfully fails to pay service charges and refuses to settle after formal written notice;
3. Provides false consignee information or refuses to cooperate with inspections;
4. Other serious violations of this agreement.
The Company will formally notify the user before terminating the services.
The Company shall not be liable for service delays or losses caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, government policy changes, strikes, etc.), but shall promptly notify the user.
For issues caused by third parties (such as partner logistics providers or customs), the Company will assist users in safeguarding their rights but shall not directly assume compensation liability.
This agreement is governed by the laws of China and New Zealand.
In case of disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company‘s registered address for litigation.
The Company‘s trademarks, LOGOs, service processes, etc., are the intellectual property of the Company. Users shall not use them without authorization.
Matters not provided for in this agreement shall be subject to other rules published by the Company or explanations by customer service.
Important Notes:
1. Please truthfully declare goods information, and users must properly pack fragile items with shock-resistant materials;
2. The detailed rules of membership services shall be subject to the EFSPOST Ping An Shipping Service Agreement.
