How to place an order on the computer?

Step 1: Register/Log in to the Account

 

1. New customers need to register a member account. Registration method: Click "Register" on the homepage, and the registration page will pop up. Fill in the information and click "Next" to complete.

2. Existing members can click "Log in" to enter the account.

 

Step 2: Place an Order in the Member Center

 

1. After logging in, enter the Member Center and click "Place Order" to start the ordering process.

2. After clicking "Place Order", the following interface will appear. Fill in the required information and submit to complete the order.

3. If multiple orders need to be submitted simultaneously, click here to download the relevant order form, fill it out, and upload it for submission.

4. After completing the order, it will be displayed in "Pending Warehousing".

 

Step 3: Apply for Packaging

 

1. After the goods arrive at the consolidation warehouse and are scanned for warehousing, customers will receive a notification message for goods receipt.

2. The order will be displayed in "Apply for Packaging" on the client side. If delivery is needed, submit an application for packaging.

3. First-time customers need to add a consignee address, and users can also add new addresses for different delivery needs.

4. Fill in the information and click "Save Information" to complete.

5. After submission, the order will be displayed in "Pending Outbound".

 

Step 4: Payment

 

1. After the warehouse completes the outbound scanning, customers will receive notifications about the shipment and order amount, reminding them to make the payment.

2. After the warehouse completes the outbound scanning, the order will be displayed in three locations in the Member Center.

3. Click "Pay". If the account balance is insufficient, recharge is required. There are two recharge methods:
(1) Bank Transfer Recharge: Select the payment method, upload the payment voucher, and the backstage will verify and recharge the amount to the member account.
(2) Online Recharge: Enter the amount, click "Recharge Now", and jump to the third-party payment page to complete the payment.

4. After the payment is completed, a confirmation message will be received.

5. The order status will change from "Pending Payment" to "Paid".

 

Step 5: After receiving the goods and confirming the receipt, the order status will change from "Pending Receipt" to "Received", marking the completion of the shipment process.
